Admission criteria

An applicant must satisfy all the following requirements:*If you have Residential Status, contact us separately.

  1. ① A person who completed school education for 12 years or more or is expected to complete the course before coming to Japan.
    A person who we recognize as having academic ability equivalent to those who completed higher edication.
  2. ② A person who have a clear goal in academics without financial difficulties.
  3. ③  A person who passed Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N5 , Test of Practocal Japanese (J.TEST) Level F, The Japanese Language NAT-TEST Level 5 or equivalent.
    A person who learned Japanese for 150 hours or more.
  4. *Note: A person who violated the criminal law or illegally stayed in any countries cannot apply to our school.

1) Documents about the applicant

  1. ①  Application for admission (designated form with autograph)
  2. ② Original certificate of (expected) graduation of the last education
  3. ③ Transcript of the last education
  4. ④ Proof of Japanese learning history and ability (certificate of JLPTN 5 /J.TEST F, NAT-TEST 5 or higher or learning for 150 hours or more)
    *Japanese test is the most important.Make sure to take the test.
  5. ⑤ 6 photos (3 cm x 4 cm) (Paste one of the recent photos on the application for admission, which is taken within 3 months before application; show your front side and upper body without a hat or background; write your name, birth date, and nationality on the back)
  6. ⑥ A copy of passport
    (If applicable. Those who have visited Japan must attach a copy of the pages with the immigration stamps)
  7. ⑦ A color copy of family register (a proof of the applicant’s birthplace) For China, copy all pages including the front cover of family register
  8. ⑧ Certificate of employment or business, or a copy of a register (self-employed) if applicable

2) Financial support documents

The supporter is outside Japan (a relative within the 3rd degree in principle)
  1. ① A pledge of support(designated form with registered seal and autograph)
  2. ② Letter of paying expenses(designated form with registered seal and autograph)
  3. ③ Deposit balance certificate(equivalent to 3 million yen in Japanese yen)
  4. ④ A color copy of bankbook or a proof of funds formation process
  5. ⑤ Certificate of employment or business, or a copy of a register (self-employed)
    (which must specify the office address, phone number, representative name, job description, employment period, and title/name of the issuer)
  6. ⑥ Income certificate(for the past 3 years)
  7. ⑦ Tax payment certificate(for the past 3 years)
  8. ⑧ A proof of kinship between the supporter and the applicant(For China, kinship notary certificate)
  9. ⑨ A color copy of family register(which must include all family members)For China, copy all pages including the front cover of family register
  10. ⑩ A copy of identification

About the deadline for payment

Please check the invoice sent by the school and pay by the payment deadline on the invoice.
If we are unable to confirm payment by the due date, your application will be cancelled.
If you are unable to remit the money by the due date, please be sure to contact us in advance.

About the remittance

When sending the money, please take note of the following.

  1. Please prepare the invoice sent by the school when you send the money.
  2. Please check the bank information on the invoice (bank name, branch name, account number, account name, etc.) before you proceed. If there is any discrepancy between the bank information and the invoice, the school will not be able to confirm payment, so please be careful.
  3. Please enter the billing number and the student’s name as it appears on the invoice in the Requester or Contact section.
    (e.g. Billing number: L2010001-001 MIRAIT TARO)
  4. The above information is important for identifying the payer. Please be aware that if the money is transferred in a name other than the student’s (sponsor, family member, etc.) name, the sender may not be identified and it may cause delays in enrollment procedures. In this case, please let us know in advance.
  5. Please send the copy of the payment receipt, which will be issued after the transfer is completed, to our school staff via email. Please keep the receipt as a proof of payment and keep it in a safe place.
  6. Please ask your bank about the remittance procedure. Please note that the school is not responsible for any losses or problems that may occur during the remittance process.
